Trying to get in touch with anyone in this organization is a nightmare. While we were able to obtain a virtual appointment relatively quickly (well... after multiple phone calls and lost referrals), pretty much all phone calls and voice-mails go unanswered. The phone system is completely ridiculous. You have to go through multiple confusing prompts and then you still don't get to the right person. No one transfers you, they just give you an extension that doesn't work or no one answers! I don't understand why there isn't one office or desk that you contact about scheduling issues, insurance authorizations, paperwork etc. We have forms that we need to get to the doctor before my son's initial evaluation and I cannot get anyone on the phone nor will anyone call me back.. Our children need these services and many times this is a sensitive issue for families. We don't need the added stress of sitting on the phone for hours trying to figure out who we are supposed to talk to! THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED!

Bad experience with scheduling. Please provide online scheduling to get around the phone operators who are gatekeepers keeping our children from the services they need.

Waited and waited and left a VM. No one called back. So I called again and I m on the call -waiting and it’s been 28 mins.

Today makes 2 weeks of trying to get anyone at all to answer the phone. I've waited for 31 minutes each time and then they hang up on you. I've done that 5 times. I call at all times of day. Leave messages. Nothing. If they cannot handle the amount of patients they see, perhaps they are taking too many. This is not indicative of a children's hospital that cares about their patients.

Paperwork was supposed to be faxed from the Hamilton office a week ago by a representative in the appointment office. After a week of calling a number, that wasn’t the right number. I decided to come to the mountainside office to see if the paperwork was completed. Apparently they never received the paperwork so the school could administrate the medication. I am waiting for the nurse to speak to the doctor for a note for school. Like I didn’t just get off work
