My father had walked into ER. After being admitted to this place, we were given the run around by multiple doctors. The staff doesn’t care. Not only are you treated as a number not a patient, but doctors are horrible. There’s no patient care or compassion. There is red tape all throughout this hospital. I was so disappointed and frustrated never getting a clear answer for my father.. Zero communication with patients or family. I do not trust this hospital or recommend it to anyone. Aside from a few very caring nurses like Cindy in ICU, and Yessina in telemetry this place is not a place anyone should bring their loved ones. A complete nightmare of an experience from the time of admittance to discharge. Unfortunately this hospital needs a complete reorganization from doctors who clearly don’t care and are money hungry to zero compassion and care. Zero ethics and makes you wonder how the medical system operates in this place. If you have a loved one please do yourself a favor and take them to a different hospital so they can get the care and support they need.

If you have loved ones, take them elsewhere. There is ZERO compassion and humility left in this hospital. This is terrible, my grandfather was admitted to the hospital, fighting for his life and his family can’t even see him. No visitors, no bedside manner or professionalism. And don’t bother calling because no one will answer, only an automated message that has more sympathy than these people.nnGoogle, if you ever want to test out a zero star rating, make RWJ your first candidate.

This was my first experience at the Robert wood Johnson Hamilton Hospital. I went for my very first COVID-19 vaccination shot and I was greatly impressed with the staff and all of the logistics involved. I received frequent text messages and emails reminding me about the date of my appointment and when I arrived a young woman took my name and appointment time encouraged me to wait in the car until she came to tell me that I could go inside. Once inside, everything was as smooth as silk. The intake people were extremely helpful and courteous, as were the people who gave me the vaccination shot. Lastly the people in the observation room following my shot were just as cheerful courteous and professional as everyone I met there. I can’t say enough about how pleasant my experience was.

Everyone was so nice and pleasant. I went to the ER because of an asthma scare and was treated by the nurse practitioner, she was really nice and professional. Thank you to all the nurses , doctors and hospital staff. You guys are the real shero’s and hero’s ❤ufe0f❤ufe0f

It is with a heavy heart that I have to review this hospital. The nurse and nurse practioners were great. Unfortunately the human caring was not there. The communication was horrible. No one let my husband know where I was . I FINALLY CALLED HIM after 8 hrs,after I kept begging for a phone. My belongings were locked up. Testwas not ordered. Food and drink were not given for 8 hrs.Never given a final result. Hospital never followed up.
