Applebee's Grill + Bar

Well it was a Saturday evening and it was busy. We had a little wait time because it was 12 of us eating. First they sat us by the door and yall know it was cold. But anyway we ordered and that took a little while,so by the time it arrived when we were ready to go. The food came and everything looked delicious and tasty but we were ready to go!

Service was great. And while we are still in a pandemic, I feel that their side dishes need not be so limited. When I ordered my meal, for my sides, I wanted a loaded baked potato and broccoli. Well unable to get a baked potato but option was mashed potatoes or fries. For me, fries weren't appropriate for my dinner meal and I don't eat instant potatoes. While I did get broccoli ud83eudd66 which was well seasoned, the portion amount was that of a 3 year old child.nnApplebee's needs to re-evaluate portion sizes for adults vs children and their side options as a whole

I liked the fact that they were actually enforcing the social distance rules and making sure everything was clean and sanitized by protocol. The food was as good as ever and my whole family enjoyed themselves.

This is my neighborhood Applebee's and it is the best hands down!!! Friendly staff, excellent customer service and I have never visited and the manager hasn't come to my table to make sure my meal was enjoyable. They need to let that management team train some their other locations.

We had a nice time there celebrating my grand daughter's 5th bday. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Even the manager came out to check on us a few times. They made sure everyone was socially distanced. We actually felt comfortable,safe and enjoyed our first family night dinner out in almost a year!!!!
