Chili's Grill & Bar - Patio Open for Dine-in

I’m usually not one to ever write bad reviews based on personal experience, but here I am... so that alone is a statement of its own. A group of my friends and myself, all decided to come to this Chili’s location for a birthday celebration dinner. When we first arrived, we were told there was a bit of a wait and that they would call us.. we all agreed to wait. They called about 20 minutes later and we were all escorted to the table. When we ordered drinks, 2 people ordered sprites, in which not only did they come out 15 minutes later, THEY ALSO tasted like seltzer water.nWe then had to call over a different waitress, because ours was nowhere to be found after waiting for another 5-10 minutes. The waitress we called over was extremely kind and came back with new drinks within 2 minutes. We put in our appetizers and meal orders when our waitress returned. At this point of time, two groups that had a wait behind us, had already ate and left. When the appetizers/food came out, it was late, underdone, and not done correctly. We asked to speak to the manager on shift and he was not apologetic at all just like the waitress. This customer service was absolutely terrible. And the wait in order to receive drinks/food was ridiculous.nI will never be coming back to this location.

I came for a friends birthday dinner at this establishment. This was possibly the worst experience in food service I’ve ever had. It started by not getting our drinks until 40 minutes into the stay, there was an issue with our drinks, the server took them away & never came back with the new drink. We literally had to ask a completely different employee who was clearing tables to get our drinks & she got them in literally under a minute. How bizarre. So we know the service could be quicker, because the restaurant wasn’t even busy. Our appetizers came out, there was an issue with them. They had to be taken back as well. Then our food came & there was still an issue with our food!! It was like our server was doing this intentionally. To the point where we got a manager and the manager was super unapologetic about the situation trying to justify everything. It was just an experience that I would never put on someone else. Service ruined what was supposed to be a good dinner.

The food and service was good.nDon't order any bar drinks. Very inexperienced bartender. Didn't know how to prepare drinks. Daiquiri tasted like a sour ice drink. The sour apple martini tasted like vermouth only with a cherry in a glass. Very pleasant waitress very attentive her name was Natalie

I went for my birthday dinner with my friends. Our waitress took 45 mins to bring apps. It wasn't her fault but the sprite syrup was out, however it was her fault for not bringing our replacement drinks for 15 minutes. We had to ask another waitress to bring our drinks. We ordered the white spinach queso, and the cheese was hard on top like it was sitting. At this point we have been waiting for almost 50 minutes. People sat down after us and already left at this point. I asked for the manager and he had a poor attitude. He gave excuses and didn't apologize. He took the apps off but thats not a large expense for a big company. The dinner came out and 2 of the dinners came with the wrong sauce. The waitresses never apologized. We returned most of our food and we only got good service when it came to getting the check and getting out of the place. The waitresses even said that she wasn't listening to us when we ordered and she never apologized. The worst dining experience I've ever had, and I love chilis. Will never come back to this location due to poor customer service.

For a franchise restaurant its pretty decent. Good prices and deals. The honey chipotle crispers are my go to, they’re so good!
