Definitely recommending anyone who needs medical equipment here easy going fast and friendly. Claribel is awesome she was polite very patient with us and explained everything we asked and needed to know all while handling other patients and answering phones. Great store and Staff..
If I can give 10 stars I would. This place is amazing from the moment you walk into the place, I walked in and I immediately got serviced. The young lady in the front Claribel helped me I forgot to bring my prescription she saw the pain I was in and said give me a minute she called my Dr office and she had them fax over the prescription I was like WOW. She then asked me to wait for a measurement of my feet and said the shoes will be here in a week. And in one week in a day she called me and told me my shoes are in. This is customer service this is a place you want to get your stuff from. A1A all the way.
Took my grandmother here for some shoes what a great place. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They took the time out to explain everything about the insurance and tried on multiple shoes. We will definitely be back.
Not the type to usually leave reviews, but this place deserves the recognition. From the services provided via the girls at front desk, to having all forms verified I have to say they're incredibly patient and kind.nThe order placed for my aunt was finalized easily and delivered within a short delivery time frame. Thank you to the owners and the girls there for making our visit a rather pleasant one.
GREAT PLACE!!!!! CAME WITH MY MOTHER YESTERDAY FOR SOME ITEMS AND THE GIRLS WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL. THEY WERE FAST AND EFFICIENT TOOK AUTHORIZATION FOR MY MOMS ITEMS IN LESS THAN 10 MINUTES WE WERE OUT. WILL BE COMING BACK FOR SHOES WITH MY GRANDMOTHER.
