The most ridiculous process. The doctor and staff refuse to discuss my yearly physical lab results unless I make another appointment! Which means another charge for them. Stay away! For your own health!! Doctor does not listen the needs of the patient. Back to NYC!

Staff are incredibly empathetic and knowledgeable! Short wait times too. I’m happy I found this place.

Front desk staff is always very nice and helpful however, very unorganized and unprofessional in terms of appointments. I requested an appointment via telehealth and was given one for 5:30 pm. The link I was given was not working so I called around 5:15 and was told they would send me a new link. 20 minutes later no link so I called again and I was told my doc was w someone else but that she’d be out soon and will send me a new link. Did not receive a call or a new link or anything saying my appointment was canceled... waited until 7 and nothing happened I called back and they were closed.

I had Dr. mcnett when he was practicing in New York I wish he never left. The best doctor I’ve ever been too and I miss him very much If it was possible I would travel too see him but my insurance won’t allow me to see a doctor in New Jersey. My quality of life deteriorated since he hasn’t been my dr in a while that’s because he cared and he listened to the patient and what the say is working for them and not play god because only the patient knows what’s best and not some arrogant judgmental u no what...that assumes stereotypes he is very missed by me...

Horrendous customer service. My appointment was canceled each of the past two months with less than 24 hours notice. Yesterday it was canceled and rescheduled for today but this meeting it was canceled with no warning.nNo one has contacted me and the office manager is unavailable. This place is no good if you are in dire need of medical assistance.
