Diligent Medical Care

I have never gone to the same doctor in back to back years. Everyone has been extremely nice and helpful the first year to gain you as a customer but they fall off the next. Not so with DMC. I completed my third annual physical this past week and have returned various times in between. The staff is always friendly and courteous of my time. Dr. Chaudhry is very thorough in his examinations, he's very friendly and takes his time to get to know you. I'm so happy to have found a doctor I can count on going to year in and year out.

Dr.Chaudhry is the best doctor I ever could have found. He is thorough, very professional and guarding my health.The staff are very helpful. I was impressed how nice and professional everyone was and not a long wait at all. I recommend this place.

Let me start off by saying I'm NEVER one to write a review about any establishment because I believe every experience is unique and sometimes people have a bad day. Except if you're a secretary at this place, it's almost as if being rude, unprofessional, and being the worst secretary on earth was a requirement on the application. I've been coming to this place for years and it seems to get worse and worse in time due to the lack of professionalism and incompetence the ladies at the front desk demonstrate. They timelessly live up to the lowest standards you could possibly have as a secretary. Every time I call, I'm on hold for AT LEAST 20 minutes- no exaggeration (there's definitely more than one phone and at least 10 ladies), when a secretary that doesn't speak English picks up the phone and I try to communicate with them, they hang up. Referrals? It takes 2-3 business days to go on the computer, hit print, and provide the patient with what they need. If you come up to the front desk to ask a question, you will literally get ignored until they are finished playing on their phone AND on top of that they will give you the worst attitude as they are doing you a favor. I can't figure out whether the incompetence these ladies tirelessly demonstrate is laziness or just a serious lack of basic common sense. Either way it's disappointing because this is a hard time for everyone and the last thing you want is to go to the Drs. and be feel worse because of their behavior towards the patients . Again, this is NOT a review about the Doctors, MTs and NPs who have always treated me with respect and kindness. I'm definitely not going back there anymore and I just wanted to give a fair warning. If you want to be treated like a piece of garbage on the street, this is the place for you.

Amazing family doctor. Dr. Chaudhry is one of the best doctors, I’ve know him since I was a child, and has treated my whole family and friends. Not only he’s a great doctor, but also truly cares about his patients. The staff and his wife are the most caring and always going above and beyond to help you. I don’t have enough words to describe how grateful I am for Diligent Medical Care.

Great staff, super attentive assistants & the doctors is amazing. They always make me feel so welcome and always treat me like if I were family. The dr knows his stuff would definitely recommend.
