The Landmark Tavern

Excellent service and food. We got take out on St Patrick’s Day and it was fantastic (corned beef & cabbage) and enjoyed it so much we returned a few days later to enjoy a few pints and more of the menu. My husband got the burger with cheddar, which he said was perfect and hit the spot. I got the Shepard’s pie, which was a great portion and tasty. Guinness on tap brought it all together.nnLooking forward to future visits.

This nostalgic and home-y place makes you feel taken care of and leaving drunk and happy. I highly recommend coming to this place. Me and my boyfriend came here worried it might just be a cheap pub because of the affordable prices but was pleasantly surprised by the immaculate taste and presentation of the food and how strong the drinks were. If you’re young, open minded, and hungry for a lot of food and strong drinks go nowhere else.

Visited at dinner time before taking a night cruise around Manhattan. Wait staff was very attentive and service was best we had during our entire week in NYC. Generous cut of steak with mashed potato and vegetables. Cooked to medium well as ordered. Deserts: I had the original cheese cake while my friend has a chocolate truffle cheese cake. Mine was very good, she said hers tasted like coffee, which was not what she wanted. Off the beaten path of restaurant row. Worth the extra two blocks of walking. Wait staff really set this place apart from the rest.

We arrived at this place for a meeting. we heard about this spot from many people. Well, it was very successful. we were warmly welcomed by the staff members and we had a fantastic feeling. The meal was fresh and delicious. We enjoyed every moment and we will definitely return to this restaurant. we highly recommend this place.

I have been here more times than I can count and every time I find something new to love about this place. Not only will you get friendly service and delicious cuisine, but the restaurant is rich in culture. If you want to feel like a New Yorker, stop by here and try some hot wings with a tall cold beer. All the servers are exceptional, I love coming to grab lunch or dinner after work. They will remember you, your order and give you a small town feel in the big apple. I highly recommend their landmark burger and definitely stop by and try the soup of the day! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Look out for the bartender Kevin he is the absolute best!
