La Terraza Rooftop NYC

Really bad experience! Everything was so disorganized we were told 3 different things at the entrance! They ended up charging us after being told we were going to get in free. They need to get organized. After that, they forced us to leave our stuff in coat check when half.of the party half their coats on. I could easily have carried my light jacket all night. The coat check was not necessary. The music It was really bad, the DJs just kept jumping around songs that didn't make sense. In the end, we didn't want to dance with a guy which gave us the middle finger and I asked him to stop doing that and he grabbed me to push me. None of the thousand bouncers, they have, did anything about it. Just in general a really bad experience! Won't recommend the place.

Terrible service. Terrible music. 3 djs using the same playlist. Super expensive just because it's a roof top spot in nyc. There's better places. 20% gratuity added on bottle for them to walk over the bottles. They didn't even serve the first drinks. Ridiculous. Most places bottle service prices are all in. I've gone to huge clubs with events ands special guests and didn't spend that much on 2 bottles. I had a feeling it would be that great because the promoter was promoting a diff spot last weekend. Which shows inconsistency.

Horrible experience. Don’t recommend it, I went to La Terraza and it was so upsetting, I understand you want to make money. But first always treat the ladies with respect. One of the managers asked me when me and my friends sat down at the seating area that if we ordered a bottle of service we could sit here if not you can’t if he was a gentleman he would say if you girls don’t want a bottle of service I will find you ladies another seating area. Poor service, and its not because I don’t want to buy the bottle of service. Because ive gone to places and I’ve bought worth 500.00 or more with my friends and have had great customer service. Tip of advise to the manager you will loose clients if you don’t treat your customers right . On top of that you prefer leaving your ladies standing instead of helping them find seats. Horrible place don’t recommend it, don’t let it happen to you.

Music is great and varied. It gets really crowded after 11:00 pm so the dance floor seems to be small.
