New Balance Factory Store Jersey Gardens

This is my main sneaker store. They have a great selection of sneakers in almost every size. What ever they don't have they can ship to your house. Plus they play awesome music here from Pop Smoke, Jay-Z and more. Plus the staff here is very nice.

Nice store. Clean and neat. 4 out of 5 employees were very helpful and kind. Items have good quality, variety and prices are fair.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. They were cleaning counters and wearing face mask I felt safe . Second store I've been in since November 2020

Referencing back to a previous review by John Ferreira. I also had the same problem at the New Balance located in jersey gardens on the SAME day.nnI called the store on 1/14/2021 past 5pm to ask what time they closed due to the hours occasionally being different on google and the store. I was told they closed at 7pm and when I got the opportunity to stop by the store it was closed before 7pm. It’s misleading and an issue if one person is telling you they close at 7pm and the store is closed by 6pm. My question is are we the only ones who had this problem on 1/14 or is this an everyday problem. Regardless I’d show up earlier if I were to shop at this location. I ended up spending my money at a different store due to the inconvenience.
