Great high end clothing store. Shipping is horrible. Would have given 4 or 5 stars if they shipped with quicker method. I'm in nj and it's in staten island. And it's taking over 2 weeks to deliver. Meanwhile I have ordered things days before this item on other sites. And I have received those items already!!!.

I placed a order with these guys online. They printed a label for my clothes for 3-4 days now and the package has not moved out there facility. I called both locations for nobody to answer the phone. Honestly the shipping issue is silly but maybe there was a explanation but for me to call a business during business hours twice/both locations to not answer tells a lot about a company. This is coming from a business owner who has been fortunate to have a successful 5 year llc. If your employees aren’t answering the phone on two separate occasions with two different locations not answering what exactly are you doing there??? That mixed with my clothes sitting on there shelves for 3 days now says a lot. I’ll wait for my clothes but next go round I’ll pass. Just not a ethical way to do business in my opinion, it pisses me off when companies act as if there services merchandise are for free, it’s like dude this isn’t for free your business is a for profit business, lol why do I need to call you back to back and remind you to ship my clothes you were compensated for. Maybe my mentality is wrong who knows?
