Maiden Lane Medical Bay Ridge

I needed a new OBGYN and Dr. Rebecca & Betty were so wonderful and made me feel so comfortable!! Dr. Rebecca had so much knowledge and went above and beyond to get the answers I needed. Very happy about my choice and looking forward to my journey moving forward.

Today I arrived at Maiden Lane Medical Center at Narrow avenue by 10 a.m. I've been waiting for this appointment with Dr. Allison Polland since the end of September, 2020. Prehistory: I called by myself to center a week before an appointment to confirm if everything is okay with my visit, they verified my 12/21/2020 meeting with the doctor.nAfter I got an SMS-notification reminder from them (attached at the bottom) and automatically call on Friday that they are waiting for me on 12/21/2020.nnFast forward to this morning. I rescheduled all my plans for an appointment, took an Uber for 40 minutes from my apartment to Bay Ridge and finally got there. But unfortunately, they rescheduled my visit without any single notification. Oh, sorry some mystical Sara worked so hard and left me a 3 voice message which I have never received to my cell phone. Maybe Sara next time you will try to call or make backbreaking effort and send me a MESSAGE. After all, Sara with her all kindness and empathy rescheduled my appointment  on MARCH. So, overall I'll be waiting for my appointment for 7 months now. From September to March. And my cystitis will be waiting too.nnI checked my voicemail several times and did not receive anything. I spent about 2 hours there and back, + money. WHAT THE FUCK SARA.nnSincerely,nIana
