I Googled how to get to my appointment and noticed a bunch of Google reviews mentioned a joyful RN named Martha. So, of course when I sat down and was greeted with, “Hi, I’m Martha!” I had to tell her she was famous. The other workers overheard and starting clapping and cheering and saying she is the best! They had no idea they had reviews and were so excited for Martha. And it really was a joyful experience talking to her. Martha was thorough and thoughtful. I got a bit emotional while in the 15 minute afterward waiting chair. Martha noticed and grabbed my hand and said “it’s overwhelming but it’s great news!”.nBe like Martha!

My wife and I went here for our Covid vaccines, and both times we had a great experience. The people here are courteous and very professional. It’s so nice to deal with people who genuinely like what they do.

Showed up for my vaccine appt. I was helped right away and didn't have to wait long. RN Martha was very professional and helpful. Very friendly staff

First time driving to staten island, Google map directed me to a local way but it was a toward opposite direction. I almost got into car accident hadn't I stopped right away. Google should improve its map in staten island!!!. The hospital.was nice and staffs were kind.

The nurse Martha is very wonderful!! You can tell she really enjoys her job and cares for her patients. She is patient and takes the time to explain everything and answer all your questions.
