It's the middle of a pandemic and they're serving people who aren't wearing masks, it's disgusting.

I've been using this branch for years. However the last 4 times I've attempted to go there after operating business hours (which I must do because I work a 9-5) I am greeted by pan handling children (donation groups/teams) in the ATM vestibule. This is absurd. I don't work all day to be harassed while attempting to make a deposit. Next time I'm going to call acs and the cops.

Customer service has gone sub-par. I literally had to walk out. Only wish I could have taken my money out as I walked away. Still thinking of just closing all my accounts.

It was a long wait for a simple transaction like depositing money. I don't prefer depositing my money to ATM machines, because there has been problems with it before. So i had to wait for it about 10 minutes for no reason because the lady working there preferred wandering around until two more person came to the line. It was not nice or right thing to do. Hey lady, wander around after your shift is over it was already 5:20pm today 07/20/16...

They sent money to the wrong person and made me lose 700 dollars because it was sent to the wrong person. They don’t want to help me or return my money after repeated tries.
