Slowest teller line of any NYCB I've ever been to. They count money extremely slowly and need more training or better management to handle anything but the most basic of banking tasks. I've waited 40 minutes to get seen by someone. It took them over 3.5 hours to close 2 accounts and open two new ones because they weren't used to the procedure and were constantly checking instruction manuals. All the employees including the branch manager need better training!nnWhile they will get the job done, eventually... if you value your time, avoid this branch!!nnGo to Westerleigh, New Dorp, or by the mall instead.
