Had a wonderful experience at this location. Daniel was very helpful. He assisted my daughter in opening a college account. He answered all our question and was very patient.

Terrible service! I went in to open a savings account on 2/7 at 4:30. Waited 15 minutes for someone to even acknowledge my presence then Ingrid tells me they are closing in 15 minutes and cannot help me. I left and returned on 2/8 and of course I get Ingrid again. She cannot help me open a savings account so I went to another Chase and they helped me. Waste of time!

Average waiting time is 10 minutes are you serious? That is a blatant lie. I hope you don’t need anything urgent. Close your account and good luck finding a good bank .They don’t exist. I am an Irish young professional and get my credentials verified like I am the one pulling a scam so the racial card doesn’t warrant the over the top ID verification, I was a victim of racial profiling also. Call the bank see if you get anyone. Lol

Good luck trying to get anything notarized. They will make you wait 45 minutes. Terrible customer service
