TD Bank

Horrible customer service. They hang up on you, limit the times you can come to access safety deposit, always on their phones instead of helping others. Very bad service. Horrible. Atrocious.

I find the people who work in TD bank near me, are extremely friendly! Always smiling, very informative, and, interact with everyone!

The worst bank and staff ever. Poorly run, zero customer service, no respect for clients time and money. Do yourself a favour stay away from this place

Horrible worst bank you could put your money into , worst location you could visit these people don’t like to help and are using the covid lock down as an excuse not to help . I can’t even transfer the money from my account into another because they say I only have one account . All this after closing my savings account with out notifying me . And too top it off this branch has young female workers who are laughing at customers who are undergoing so much issues trying to get their own money . Money we are putting into the bank .

Upon waiting for someone to help me they forgot I was there and proceeded to close. If I didn't press the tellers call button I would not have gotten my card and ID back.
