0 stars. These rats keep eating my money. Process with anyone but heartland. Total liars with all kinds of hidden, non-refundable fees.

We wish we can give them 0 star. After talking with ‘’supervisor’’ I learned how many SECRET fees you have to pay. We closed our account and they can’t take any money from us.

The phone number is wrong. They changed their phone number.

Liars! They make all sorts of promises. I chose them because they told me about all the HR services and forms that they would give me. Lies. Supposedly they have those forms. You get access to them a MONTH after you need them. So you get a job application template AFTER your first payroll is processed. Your employee handbook a MONTH after you need it.nnIt’s all a scam. Don’t believe a word they say. They tell lies.

Heartland Payment Systems is notorious for charging hidden fees without informing the clients. These fees are PCI compliance fee if $120 per month, MasterCard high risk fee $500-$700 a year. They will not refund these fee despite providing them with documents. I strongly discourage using them they are total rip-off.
