I had the pleasure of dealing with Sam at the Cedar Grove location. He didn’t try to sell me anything, but instead listened to my needs and what I wanted. He certainly steered me in the right direction and took great care of me. Happy with my new phone, and always have been a fan of the Verizon service that has never disappointed me in 35 years of being a customer of theirs. Thank you Sam. And thank you Verizon!

I walked into the Cedar Grove Verizon Store with a chip on my shoulder due to my last experience at another location. Representative Sam asked me my issue and listened patiently as I expressed to him why I was there… He gave me several options to choose from as a solution to my problem and did not pressure me one way or the other… I decided to go with a promotion to turn in my old phone for a new… Sam set everything up for me and answered all of my questions… He was knowledgeable and professional and I would recommend this location to anyone (especially if youve had a poor experience at another store).

Sam is always willing to help right away at our Verizon store in Cedar Grove. He is always so pleasant and never has an attitude. We always go to him directly for our phone issues. Very knowledgeable. Great guy to deal with.
