ALDO

In the day of January 9, at 5:15 pm, the sales man was in the store and he was very mean. I wanted to go in the store and he told me to put hand sanitizer. I told him that I have allergies and I can't put hand sanitizer. He told me that if I don't put it I will have to go out of the store. I waited outside of the store for forty minutes to go in and then he tells me that I have to leave the store. This is not fair because if I have allergies I can't go in? This is not the right way costumers should be treated. All the other stores understood my problem except at Aldo. I hope that Aldo puts better employees that can understand my issue.

Long wait out side they don't let any one in why open ! A lady came out of the store Yelling at everyone like we waiting for her to give us free stuff!!!!! Horrible Horrible to bad ill take my money where they want it they seem not to care

Manager is rude saying I can’t return lying saying it’s on the website. Also said the item is final sale another lie I was not told that at purchase. 0/0 do not recommend their horrible service

I HAVE CALLED THEIR PHONE NUMBER SOOOOO MANY TIMES & I NEVER HAVE AN ANSWER!!!! THE SHOES, BAGS & ACCESSORIES ARE GREAT!!! BUT THEY HAVE A HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WHEN YOU ASK ONE OF THE REPS FOR ASSISTANCE, THEY GET IRRITATED & REPLY WITH A VERY UNPLEASANT ATTITUDE !nI'M SORRY TO SAY.
