Windsor (Willowbrook Mall - Wayne, NJ)

Covid is a hard home to do anything especially running a store in a mall - your understaffed, wearing mask, limiting the amount of people in the store and still have to attend to all the customers. Nevertheless, Janelle does the flawlessly. At first when I walked in she greeted me and turned back to helping another customer. Now in this particular day I needed many things and all of them where too high for me to reach and each time I called Janelle. She never got frustrated - she was happy to help at one point she was helping two people at once and got us what we needed effortlessly.nnAt one point I say -“They need to make you a manager” and turns out they already did! She is doing an amazing job and made my shopping experience amazing.nnThank you Janelle and Windsor

I went there for a wedding dress although they did not have my size in the store, a worker named Natalia went above and beyond to help me. She called two local stores to see if they had the dress in stock. I gained over 20 pounds due to a surgery i had and was very upset that nothing fit. Natalia was so kind and helpful. I went to the windsor in Wayne to look for a nice birthday outfit and one of the wrokers named Janelle was very welcoming and nice enough to help me look for an outfit. It really stood out to me because she didn't seem bothered or annoyed. She was there and made me as though Windsor is a store I can shop at regulary
