Very nice staff. Tom was a great guy, helped me pick the right shoe, he was very calm even though my friend was very annoying. But I liked their professionalism. Great service. Plus, parking is effortless right in front of the shop, so no worries.

Customer service is terrible. They tried to sell me used shoes and instead of an apology, they tried to convince me that they were new. I have been buying shoes there for over ten years, I can say that the store is good and the shoes are excellent, but the staff is always very slow and not friendly, which overshadowed my last visit and drained my patience. I will not go back there again.

Came here with a pair of Irish setters I bought 9 months ago the stitching was all ripped and they were no longer water proof I was taken care of by a fellow named jack and he took a look at my boots and said he would give me a new pair free of charge under warranty .... he also advised me to buy a mink oil to treat the leather which was an awesome idea ...... supper happy with the service at this red wings branch ! If your look for a pair of reliable boots come to this store !! He will guide you to exactly what you need !! Big thumbs up !!

This place is okay... but if you really want a good Nike outlet store, citadel is only a couple miles away. Selection at this store is small. They do have their own parking lot in the back, which is the only positive I can think of compared to the citadel store.

Good store, good selection. However the older gentleman needs a bit knowledge of what he’s selling.
