Top-notch caring doctors. However, when our daughter turned 21 they turned her away with no warning. We asked a few years ago and we were told by the nursing staff that they could stay until they were 23. No warning, no letter, no email - just left high and dry with no references for a future physician. We have been going to this practice for 21 years. Our daughters have grown up and built trusting relationships with their physicians. This is what we get from SMG.nnThis is Summit Medical Group: Profit over patients. Most of the former admin staff has left - probably for good reasons. SMG is killing what was probably one of the absolute best pediatric offices in the area.nnThis practice has top doctors who care. Sadly they are now part of corporate profit-driven medicine.nnCurrently seeking a new physician who is NOT affiliated with SMG.

We are paying consumers who deserves at most the standard courtesy and customer service. We are utterly disappointed with how they conduct their business. After several calls to arrange an appointment, they said they would call back or have their supervisor call back but no call back. No reply from them at all.nnTotal disregard for their patients (we currently take our son to Summit Medical). This type of poor service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the management and physicians.

Was just kept on hold forever to schedule a new patient. When they finally picked up, the interaction was very bizarre. They were very confused, but at at the same time would not let me get a word in. It was very strange, but probably for the best! I now understand these reviews and will look elsewhere.

We love the doctors here—all are wonderful. We mostly see Dr. Khokhar, and she is warm, nurturing, informative and non judgmental which I feel is so important especially for pediatricians.

My 12YO has been going here since she was 2. The doctors have always been a wonderful, caring staff. I have never once felt rushed, I feel like they really know my daughter and are respectful and kind when speaking to her. The office team has gotten much better over the years too.
