Essex County Hospital Center

The Essex County Hospital Center was a psychiatric hospital that was located in the Township of Cedar Grove, New Jersey. It was used as a general hospital then converted to house patients afflicted with mental disorders. The original hospital was located at the edge of the Hilltop Reservation and designated a Conservation Easement in 2001 by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, the site now is part of the Essex County park system.[1] A new hospital opened in 2006

SAVE YOUR LOVE ONES LIFE AND DO NOT SEND THEM TO THIS HOSPITAL!!nI believe is my job to write this well deserved review, to maybe save another family from all this PAIN this hospital has caused me and my family. I would like to inform people of the negligence and malpractices this hospital has to offer. If you want your love one to come out of here ALIVE, please do not send them to this hospital, under no circumstances! This place deserves to be shut down, period. They are very unethical, unprofessional, uncaring, unapologetic, unsympathetic, unemotional, and heartless, the staff there aren't aware of their own code of conducts, everyone says and do whatever they want, including KILLING my brother, after all they all cover for each other with lies and more incoherent lies. I would like to prevent another family to go through the pain, the loss, and the impotence we are currently going through.
