Wonderful location - warm, welcoming, and fun. Rich is the 3rd generation family owner and he insured that my son's 21st birthday (at 12:01AM) was memorable. 5-star location.

On a warms summers night, you see hundreds of motorcycles lined up outside & live music can be heard from the parking lot.nThe Beers are flowing, & conversations between liked minded about bikes, and the next motorcycle run or chili cook off take place on the front porch. People gather to meet old friends & make new ones. Some have gotten married here because they met at “The Notch”nFamous musicians from Jersey have been here to film their music videos, and even a pirogi commercial was filmed here!nThe Great notch inn has history, heart & Grit.nYoung & old stop by this road house to enjoy a beer on the porch, and make more memories.nThe owner Richy & his family will always greet you with a smile , a cold beverage, and share stories with you about their families Bar and how it got started in the 50’s. Great people. If your sensitive to how people look, don't come here. If your easily upset by real people, again, don't come here.

We stopped here tonight to listen to the band and have an after dinner drink or two. I have driven by this place hundreds of times over the years....now I wish that I had stopped before. The acoustics are great, the band was totally enjoyable and the bartender/owner very friendly. It has a very well stocked bar for mixed drinks and has a good beer selection. We absolutely enjoyed the stop and will be returning!
