Chase Bank

If I had to chose what banking industry to bank at? By far most, Chase is the best! I truly am grateful to bank here.nnFirst of all, its clean and in order, and their indoor ATM is spacious and accommodating. The Teller and Platform Staff do work hard and having to keep abreast of the Covid protocols, the rules, regulations, and procedures.nnI appreciate their service and in handling my transactions quickly and efficiently. At times, I can forget things and make a fuss and have to realize their doing their job and following protocol.nnBecause of the Covid there has been a demand for large denominations and shortage of coins.nnAnd also there are policies for transaction services to prevent forgeries and a form of ID is always requested.

I never leave any bad reviews before But today I had bad experience at that branch. I was there today 30 minutes before they close I was gunna withdraw money over $1000 ,,I waited over 30 minutes and there was only 1 customer In front of menI asked for $100s they told me only $20s I asked her if someone else can help and Of course she did not help me at all just wasted my time, big branch Hire people with no customer service experience and has no $100 billsnThis is the worse Chase branch

The ATM Dispensed 500 out of the 800 I requested I put in a claim and they denied it. So basically CHASE bank is stealing from me. They claim they checked the machine and everything was fine. So I'm just supposed to be okay with Chase stealing from me.

Besides a simple ATM deposit don’t walk in this place or you’ll walk out really angry.

Used to be Washington Mutual bank in the past who I used to bank with; once they became Chase the transition was smooth and no hassle. They offer Military/Veteran benefits. They show great respect to all service members of all eras.
