I stumbled upon fast signs in Upper Saddle River through google search for local sign designers and installers. I sent in for a free consultation and was greeted with a friendly e-mail from David. He came to my location evaluated the signs that needed to be taken down and we had a very easy and productive conversation. The entire experience was hassle free. David was amazing with response time via e-mail and really listened to me when I had explained I needed a simple and clean looking sign. We decided on plain white with black lettering and I suggested the same font as my window decal. Not knowing the name of the style his team matched it perfectly! He was thorough with explaining possible challenges that could arise during installation due to the fact the previous sign was installed illegally 35+ years ago. He was prompt in response time working on designs, payment, and even through the pandemic shut down. As they opened up and did I we picked up right where we left off. I’d highly recommend fast signs and my experience with David was exceptional. Installation was quick. The men arrived promptly when David told me they would and were polite and very neat.
