Barking on the BLVD

The merchandise is way over priced. You can get all this stuff online for a fraction of the cost or straight from over seas for pennies on the dollar. The staff seemed nice at first, but I over heard conversations that shouldn't have been held in the work place. Very very unprofessional. They had random dogs wondering around unleashed. One tried to bite my son. When I mentioned it probably wasn't a good idea to have these dogs here with customers I was told it probably isn't a good idea for you to worry about what I do in my own shop. Very very hateful people if you say something they don't care for . Save yourself a trip and order online. Food, vitamins, clothing whatever it may be. Don't waste your time. L

Loved this place and the customer service is impeccable. They are very knowledgeable on their products and others. I have been here quiet a few times and another time I called and they walked me through products down the isle as if I was there in shopping person. It was so convenient and I appreciated it better than curbside!!!

Went by during lunchtime wanting to grab my cats a few things before rushing back to work. When I walked in there was nobody to be found. I waited and waited. Finally someone came out and greeted me. I went to check out and she said I needed to wait just a minute while she handled some business . I said sure. She disappeared. I waited for a other little while. She never came back so I left. Def not worth the waiting time. Def recommend pet smart or somewhere like that vs this place. Hands down.

I always try and support small, family-owned businesses when I can and Barking on the Boulevard is no exception. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. They always have new products and make excellent recommendations for my furry friends. The toy selection is amazing and they have a wide variety of treats. I would give 0 stars if it let me. Sadly I went in to this facility to try and support a family owned business . The attitude and rudeness that came with entering was already bad enough. But then to over hear the person running the store saying how she's tired of doing rescue. She would rather put all these animals down and quit to save the Hassel. It just made my jaw drop. How can anyone support a business who doesn't want to support itself. The hateful things said about these poor innocent animals was heart wrenching. This was just the tip of the iceberg. Imagine what goes on behind closed doors. Just sad all the way around. They are definitely not in it for the good.
