Osler Medical Group at Heights Medical

The staff is absolutely useless. I one here wants to actually work. When you call in they tell you that you need to download an app to make an appointment. When you sit in the waiting area you can hear the staff and doctors belittling and mocking patients. They are less than useless, and I can not deal with this place any longer. I keep hoping it will get better, but it’s always a problem, an excuse, or an inconvenience.

AT THIS MEDICAL FACILITIES DOCTOR'S ARE GREAT - SOME OF THE STAFF MEMBER NOT PROFESSIONAL , OFFICE MANAGER ANNA , NEVER EVER RESPONSE OT EMAILS OR PHONE CALLS .nI HAD MAJOR ISSUE IN BILLING LEFT SO MANY MESSAGES ANDnEMAILED HER BUT NO RESPONSE.nSTAFF MEMBER EVETTE VERY RUSE, BAD MOUTH NOT HELPFULL AT ALL , IMPOSSIBLE TO WORK WITH THIS PEOPLE .nLORRAINE VERY HELPFULL STAFF MEMBER - I WISH THEY HAD MORE PEOPLE LIKE LORRAINE .

I had a good experience coming there seeing Dr Maria very nice person she made me feel comfortable she seems too care about my health she deserves 10 stars ⭐ufe0f exactly Doctor thanks Dr Maria

Fast fun and friendly. Great staff good people always there to help now with extended hours and staff. Yes we know doctor's offices can be a stress but this place does it's best. They even offer free water and coffee while you wait

Put on hold time averages over 3 to 4 minutes each time called, frustrating and not professional. Please create a better system so patients don’t need to wait every time one calls.
