Went in with a prescription for a boot for my daughter. Had my mask on, once I walked in the old lady ran to the door to check my temperature. As I waited she called the guy to come help me. I explained what I was there for and he immediately told me that he didn't think insurance would cover it. I told him that insurance would cover it and the old lady immediately jumped in our conversation and said they won't use the insurance because when they call the insurance company they ask too many questions. At this time I felt because I was AA no one wanted to put any effort forth to help me, and wanted me to pay cash/ credit for an item that insurance would cover. So I thanked them and let them know that I see what's going on and they wouldn't have to worry about me coming to their store again. It's sad that people are still acting like this in 2021.

During these very difficult times its very nice to find a place that is so helpful and realizes that it's the little things that make a difference. My mother was having avery difficult time trying to find an item she so desperately needed for her already uncomfortable state of being. We tried online shopping and the items we received we so far off the mark that she had become disillusioned. With one phone call, a friendly staff member changed that all around for us. My mom immediately came here to purchase and her experience could not have been anything more than wonderful. After hearing how happy she was, I also called as a follow up with them and they were so appreciative not only fornthe purchase but for the phone call. This is what a true business is built on. Customer service. If only all business functioned as they do. We will gladly give them as much word of mouth recommendations as possible because a business such as theirs needs to flourish and be rewarded for their stellar service to the community. Thank you for helping someone change their quality life with as simple as a specialized pillow. Remember...its always the little things.

What a nice experience we had at the store yesterday!nThe employees were very knowledgeable and courteous and took care of an elderly customer with upmost care.nThe range of supplies that they have is pretty amazing. Would highly recommend this venue and would definitely visit again.

I think they are great. They personally had deliver products to my parents every time if I cannot pick it up from the store. They are great guys, always honest and deliver on their promises 100%
