Planned Parenthood - Paterson Health Center

This is after my first visit and the lady who I was seen by for my appointment was not a doctor but she dealt with all of my information for my first visit and she was so sweet to me. She would call me darling and sweet heart and treated me with a lot of attention. Maybe in the past there were rude people but it seems they are no longer here because the ladies at the desk were very professional to me and the nurse who say me was very understanding of my situation with my past obgyn and insurance issues and she helped me very much. Everyone I have met here so far are very helpful and attentive and kind. I am very glad to be coming here and I would recomend so far :)

This place is the worst clinic to go to. I would never come here again. I’ve been waiting an hour and when asked when I will go to the back they told me there were people here before me but I watch someone walk in after me but went to the back before me. Tell me how that works? I would never recommend to anyone to come here. Now make that 3 people that came after me and went in.

Maybe they have updated the staff but these are some of the most helpful people I have met. Going early might also be the reason for there is less traffic. The doctors and nurses were careful with every patient making sure they felt comfortable. This can be a scary place for many people and I think the staff handled it well.

The staff are very kind and caring. They care for the patient professionally, discreetly and intellectually. The women at the front desk are especially wonderful! We are blessed to have all of them to care for us..

I went to get tested at this clinic and let me just say MAJORITY of clinics and doctors offices (if not all) will call you back to tell you your results. I went a week and a half without getting a call phone call concerning my results and had to call in myself for them to tell me “we dont call in unless it’s positive”. If thats not the definition of laziness idk what is. I was never told if they dont call back then my results were negative. Unprofessional.
