Love the neighborhood store at Bayville. Plus when I asked about professional grooming services the groomer-in-training let me know about their ears and nails practice and the fact that they (the groomers) would have full certification by the end of July.nSo friendly and helpful.nCashiers are also very friendly!ud83dudc36ud83dudc4fud83cudffbud83dudc4fud83cudffb

I would not recommend this place. The prices are ridiculous, the store is messy and staff is not knowledgeable in store policy, the product they carry, or the rewards program. You ask a question and they look at each other for the answer. I am sad they are moving into the old Pet Value store, I was hoping for a more reputable pet supply store. I will continue to drive 45 minutes to a store who is everything they are not. Not to mention the prices are so much more reasonable.
