Sugar River Bank

After several years of transferring money from my H&R Block Emerald card for a $35 fee, with all appropriate proofs, the branch manager at the Newport location lied through her teeth and said it was not their policy due to names not on the Emerald cards. She then tried covering her pathetic lie by saying her people needed to be trained. What a farce.nnIn addition, I have had several debits go through on EXPIRED and SHUT DOWN debit cards.nnThis is completely unacceptable. Once the remainder of my tax return is deposited, I will be gleefully firing them.

I love my hometown bank. They are always sweet on the phone and always get things taken care of immediately. I moved accross the country and still use them for my banking needs!!!
