I had alot of option.
I bought a Kate Spade purse at the store which broke on the 4th day I used it. I brought is back to the store with the tags and receipt. The store would not refund my money (I didn't want a replacement as the bag was clearly not made well). Instead, I was offered a store credit MINUS 10% because the purse had been used. I am a frequent shopper of small local businesses but this story will not get any more of my money.
Nice selection of designer wear, but the employees are rather pushy ruining the experience.
