Complete SCAM! Do not shop here. Much much cheaper at Kittery Trading Post regardless.nnKnew exactly what I needed. I called over the phone and asked for a specific size. Paid over the phone. They gave me the wrong shoes! The worker made a judgment call based off of her opinion that we needed a different size. Wrong, knew exactly what I needed.nnSo when I went to make a return they dug their heels into the “no return only store credit” policy. This policy is in place because, as the manager said “we would be in trouble financially without it”. You might be in a better spot financially if you did the right thing, treated people with respect, didn’t give the wrong shoes, and admitted to making mistakes. Never going again!

Purchased item over the phone. Picked up item. Got home to realize they gave me the wrong size item which I originally ordered. Went back to return item and they said they have a no return policy.... thing is they gave me the wrong size in the first place. Very nice products they sell here however the customer service is where they fall short. I hope someone reads this review and looks elsewhere for a place that actually takes care of their customers.

Super cute store, really friendly staff and good selection of shoes. Love their Blundstones selection especially, got a pair from there last week and they helped me find my perfect size!

Horrible customer service, very hard headed and refused to admit they were wrong just to keep my money. They made mistake and would not give me a refund. Will never go back and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Horrible customer service, judgmental, rude employees! I have been in the store twice and both times I had a negative experience with their employees being rude, starring at me like I was going to steal or god for bid .... try shoes on!!! It is too bad because they have a good selection of shoes, a bit high end and pricey but nice if that is what you are looking for.
