Breakfast is limited but good. Service is a tad slow but the servers are very nice. Price is reasonable.

Service was very good. Our server checked in with perfect timing. The view is Portsmouth as it was and is. BUT, the food was small servings with a BIG price. We expected this. What I did not expect was the food quality. My meal was a fish dish, the size most places would consider an appetizer. We never settle with one visit. We will visit again in the summer.

Small but nice bright location for well prepared breakfasts. Great friendly service.
