The Braen Burger is unreal!

Went to try out this place on a Saturday evening. I called and asked about reservations Due to Covid and they said they are not taking reservations but to call when I get there and there is usually a 15 minute wait for seating. When I got there I parked in pay for parking then called for a seat. They said I had a 45 minute wait. So I had to sit in my car and wait for them to call me back. Finally went in about 30 minutes later, the waiter introduced himself and asked what we wanted to drink. We ordered a drink and appetizer. Before the appetizer got there they asked us what we wanted for a meal. So we ordered our meal. The appetizer too a while to get but the appetizer was good. Right before we were done our appetizer the food arrived. My meal was fine (bacon burger and fries) but my girlfriends fries were on the cool side of room temp. We had to ask for a fork and knife since we were not supplied one when we were seated. The waiter only asked us once during the whole mean how things were and that was only because he saw us ask another waiter that was walking by for the fork and knife. The food to me was very good but the service needs work. I don't think I would go there again. The service killed it for me.

Great Service, really messy and not tasty regular burger. Fries were good.. Chocolate shake was not good. I asked for extra thick and came extra creamy... Not sure how that happens.

Amazing food. Everything was delicious and perfectly cooked. Will definitely be going back.
