Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

The manager is arrogant and rude. If you're not happy with the resolution of your problem, she ensures your encounter doesn't get logged in their system so there is no opportunity to give feedback to the corporate customer service people. She often refuses to assist with things other branches can accomplish quickly and with a smile. I avoid this branch and now consider moving my business elsewhere.

The manager was very rude and condescending.nI came in looking for more information regarding my account and she didn’t bother help and just told me “all that information is online”. No help from here just very weird and angry vibes.

Went in on a Saturday morning for a bank check and everything was great. Friendly staff, clean lobby, and quick processing time. People who give negative reviews for a bank charging fees should only be upset with themselves for not reading the terms of service.

Always closed for no reason.

The manager of this bank is very rude,she talks down to blue collar people. I’m sorry to get some respect,I must have to walk in with a 3 piece suit.This lady needs to be fired ASAP!!!
