What a great experience. My daughter broke the screen on her iPad just days before a road trip. NH iPhone Repair was able to replace the screen same day and for a great price! I also purchased a screen protector and they put it on for me before I left. The man who helped me was quick, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I’m hoping to not need any repair services in the future, but if I do, I will absolutely use NH iPhone Repair again.
Never heard about this place but someone recommended after my iPhone died from water damage. I don’t think I have ever had a phone fixed after water damage just assuming it was a lost cause. This time I was devastated because some super important stuff on my phone had never transferred to the cloud. Dylan was professional and pleasant. He fixed my phone way faster than I expected (within an hour) and gave me options as to how much he could fix it for me, how much it would cost and explained how the phone would function after. Super impressed and grateful for this place!! I will send everyone I know that has a phone issue to them. Also, price was way better than I expected!!
This was my first time going to this place. I was immediately taken care of. Everything was explained in good detail. The associate was very polite and customer service was great. I would recommend this place to anyone.
I walked in without an appointment. Dylan was friendly and informative. He resolved my issue quickly and efficiently. I have been to the Epping store before and had excellent service then as well. I would highly recommend this business.
Dropped my phone in the tub. Much better response and service from NH iPhone repair than the insurance company from att. And cheaper too!
