I saw William Schnute’s artwork at the Fruitlands Museum in Harvard, MA and at his studio in Wilton, NH. His woodcarvings are breathtaking. I’ve also seen his architectural pieces. I wish I could afford to have him create a piece for my home!

I Came Upon the Oak Leaves Studio by accident, and I'm thrilled that I did!nnMr. Schnute's work Is beautiful, but that's just part of the magic of this place.nnHe and his wife, Robin must have spent an hour of their time with me. I learned about the art and the science of how these pieces are created.nnWhenever I would bring up a tangential subject about art, Robin woud retire to a back room where she would return with an entire book on the subject, which she would have an encyclopedic knowledge of.nnI'm looking forward to more visits!nnMr. Schnute's work would be a fabulous addition to any fine home.
