The floor they put in is solidly installed. That said, when they refinished the old floors they missed multiple small things such as refinishing around a floor electrical outlet without removing the cover (honestly, the plastic cover is now sealed to the floor, it would have taken maybe 30 seconds to unscrew the cover). This is one of many small things that, in aggregate, would have taken little time to have done well. In essence they did the major things well but cut corners on the small details that matter.nnIf this firm promised an average job and charged an average price I would say I got that. No major complaints. But I paid a superior price for a promise of a superior job. I wrote a letter regarding this when I paid for the floor, no response was received.
