There's honestly no limit to the good things I can say about the chocolates and the wonderful owners! The creativity, attention to detail, and presentation is out of this world. Chocolate is paired with unique VT-sourced ingredients in ways you'd never imagine, but the results are beautiful, delicious, and memorable. Must visit at the Brattleboro Farmer's Market, their Factory Shop, or order online. A true gem of southern Vermont!

My wife and I had our first taste of Tavernier last night as a result of a surprise gift some friends sent us after returning to our home after a 2-year displacement following a fire in another part of the building. What an amazing surprise it turned out to be. The chocolate is awesome!

Tavernier makes my wife's favorite chocolates and every time I'm in Vermont I make it a special visit to pick up an armload of dark chocolate to last us a n Maryland. I wish their delicious chocolates were carried more widely but that might take away from the magic of our visits. Plus we can always special order Tavernier Chocolates online when the need arises!

The only thing more delightful than her chocolate is her smile. It's always wonderful to be greeted by such and enthusiastic entrepreneur. If she isn't open you can find her bars spotted around town. They sell them at The Vermont Country Deli right on the counter. Try the Blue Lemon Dark Chocolate Bar. Out of this world!
