Michaels

Sanitary protocols are poison. Spraying poison in the air to 'kill germs' is not okay. Not sure why it how anyone would think this is okay. It's not hard to use a non-toxic cleaner and/or sanitary wipes instead of spray. It's common sense that when you spray that poison that both employees and customers within range will be breathing those harmful chemicals in. Would have been 1 star but I proceeded to call management afterwards and they were kind, understanding and said they would be doing there best to put new / safe protocols in order.

Great store, has any type of crafts you need. I go at least monthly to stock up for activities for my 4.5 year old. Great selection, helpful staff and quality products. Also great picture frame section! Have been bringing all my prints here for great frames. Last time I was there Lindsay helped me out and was fantastic!!

The staff have been friendly and helpful during several visits. On more than one occasion I've asked for help finding specific items and been readily shown where, along with friendly chitchat about my projects and methods, and vice versa. All the staff I've encountered seem to also be the type of people who actually shop at Michaels in their off hours.

Went to the Conway store for yhr first time. The staff was friendly and helpful. Awesome deals on everything I wanted. Highly recommend if you are in the area!

Nice shop, had some of the basics of what I needed but am sure their inventory will increase soon. Will return to poke around.
