The UPS Store

I had to have an item shipped and received by Saturday. It was Thursday and I paid for overnight shipping. Immediately after paying the cashier said, ok so this now won't be here til Monday, after just telling me it will be there Friday. Now that I paid they refuse to give a refund. They lied to get me to spend more money and my package never arrived on time like promised. Tried to call corporate but this is a family owned business using the ups brand and refuse to help. They are con artists and liars. I will never go back to this branch.

New location is slightly less accessable that the previous location due to its physical location off a rotary but that isn't the cause of the rating. Staff not wearing masks or distancing is the major issue followed closely by staff who clearly don't want to be there. To see employees maskless is frankly horrifying in the current climate. Coupled with employees literally refusing to come out of the back room area to assist customers and you can easily see why this isn't the go to location. To be very transparent here the issues are confined to this store ONLY and NOT UPS in general.nnThis is a newer problem. 2 years ago this wasn't an issue and I didn't have negative experiences until starting around midsummer 2020. However even as recently as early January 2021 these issues were still happening. Sadly I now go to a different location that is slightly farther away.

The employees were maskless or not wearing them correctly, even if the employee has asthma or other medical condition she could still wear a face shield. The employees also decided to let people not wear masks in the store, putting everyone at risk. Annoying how schools and other places are on the brink of closing while people like this are running around.

Honestly this place is convenient but the employees are kind of rude. The manager was uncomfortably sharp to an employee when I was there. Also the employee tossed the item on the scale aggressively. It was a gift...

Always a pleasant place to do business with! Loving the new location and it’s ease at getting to mail box more!
