EZ Optical - New Hampshire

The frame for my progressive eyeglasses broke. I depend on them all my waking hours. Fortunately I had an older prescription I could use. Since the frame was rimless and the lenses were drilled I was concerned about whether I could get them repaired. I was able to find the identical frame used on EBay. I purchased them and contacted Erica At EZ Optical. She was GREAT!!!, very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. I got the glasses to her and within 2 days, I had my glasses back, good as new! I highly recommend Erica and EZ Optical.

It’s been almost a month and half and still haven’t received my glasses. I understand COVID slowing things down and an update was nice but I’ve emailed twice and still haven’t heard anything back. Please send me my order or update me. I don’t wanna have to do a payment dispute.nnOrder # 38535

Edit: they refunded my order.nnOriginal:nnIt's been nearly 2 months and no glasses. They will not reply to emails and even when they told me they would send me an update over the phone they have just gone completely dark.nnTerrible business. Don't order glasses online from them, they don't know how to run a business.

We were given the wrong colored frames. They are shipping the new ones out ASAP. These frames are for one of my students who broke his. I appreciate the quick reply and customer service. Thank you!

Outstanding service, I love my adorable cat eye glasses, Erica was so patient with me and took the time to help me narrow down my search, she took care of all the insurance paperwork and I ended up with a adorable pair of glasses for only about $30 dollars out of my pocket! I appreciated how serious she is with cleanliness and really liked being outside under a tent protected from the sun during our appointment. I love them and they came way quicker then expected which was a bonus! Everyone has commented on them and how cute they are! I made a appointment for my husband to go pick out a new pair of glasses and also a pair of safety glasses too, which after a wonderful chat with Erica I now see how important it is to use them while doing “heavy work” around the house!
