Applebee's Grill + Bar

Friday February 19th first my friend and I went to Applebee’s in North Conway. The bartender was awesome and very helpful. She took out order and then it was delivered that’s when the experience went down hill. My meal was hot with the exception of my broccoli. My friends meal which was supposed to be a Rib Eye look more like cube steak with fat on it, potatoes and broccoli were cold. She asked to speak to a manager, a guy came over she asked if he was the manager he said, “I am who you will be dealing with’ she spoke of how bad the meal was. He offered to redo the meal and at the point she was not excepting of it. He then stood next to two patrons at the bar and starting talking about her. Never will I ever visit that location again.

Showed up checked in. Bar had two people at it and was told it would be a 5-10 minute wait. Told the hostess it was fine to have a booth and got the same response on a wait time. Hostess came told us the bar was ready and to have a seat. Proceed to walk to the bar and was told to stop and wait for directions on where to sit. Not only that we had to wait on the bartender to clean the bar. If this is any indication on how the food is I can assure you I will never set foot inside ever again.

It was great the staff was on point and nice .. I would definitely return.sat at the bar everything was done in a timely manner.

Food was great but the wait between appetizers and main course was a bit long 40 minutes. Waitress never came back to table to check if we would like anything. Main course came out we asked for condiments and drink refills never received them until we were almost finished with the meal. Portion and food great service was just not up to par.
