The ladies in the store were so friendly and helpful! Not pushy at all! Tiffany helped me upgrade my phone and she was very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable, she did everything needed to make sure I left a happy customer. I didn't catch the other ladies name but she was very nice as well. Definitely recommend this Verizon store!

I really like the wireless world in ord Sandy is great help she's patient and she explains everything to you and is very helpful when you have any questions!

Excellent service. Knowledgeable employees.Was a little disappointed that I couldn't pay for the phone in full.AKA contract,payment plan.Probably not retailer policy but Verizon ITSELF? Not sure.

Tiffany was awesome to work with. I was at Verizon close to closing time and she stayed well past the closing hours to get me set up with a new phone. She is very knowledgeable and highly recommend their business!
