Staff helpful and didn't push me into buying a new phone. Plans I think are expensive but I guess the prices are average for this area.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Micheal. He provided the best customer service that I've ever had from a cellular company. He answered all of my questions, and even helped me experience Viaero service in my location with a demo. I would highly recommend!

Always do their best to make the customer happy. We're so pleased with the store and the service we signed my elderly father up with them. If you have a problem they do whatever possible to fix it. We've been with them for two years and very happy to switch from Verizon. They are cheaper, nicer and have unlimited WiFi.
