Questionable ethics at this facility. The surgeons receive kickback payments for spinal and orthopedic devices that are implanted. It’s advertised as a cost savings program. The cost savings translates into extra money for the surgeons. I guess what do you expect for a doctor owned facility. Profits rank ahead of morals and ethics. I would go elsewhere.

I'm always seen on time and the doctors and PA's I interact with are incredible knowledgeable. High touch plus high tech working properly.

This review is specifically for the emergency room. This emergency room went from being the best one we’ve ever used anywhere we’ve ever gone in the Midwest to being just another run of the mill corporate machine. The nurses in the emergency room used to consistently treat you with compassion and care. Our family has multiple times now experienced rudeness from nurses in this area in the past 6 months both in the waiting area, over the phone, and especially in the emergency room while being seen over a weekend or late at night when the clinic isn’t open. This is a stark contrast from the clinic or the rest of the hospital. This medical facility has an amazing maternity center, a fast and responsive lab, one of the best clinics in the tri-city, and genuinely compassionate doctors throughout the organization including the emergency room. We will be using services elsewhere for our emergency room needs unfortunately.

Great service! Cookie was super nice. Nurse Deb was amazing, she was so nice, sweet and patient. Doctor Benavides and Alejandro were really friendly and profesional. Overall the service we received was the best! ❤ufe0f I wish we had people like this in Grand Island.

Came herr after my mom injured herself making lashed potatoes and thank goodness Ted NP and he fixed her right ip! I love this place and its really one of the most reliable and friendliest service in the area. Our family loves ghis place and he even gave my 90s year old mother a sticker!!!
