Worried you might have COVID? Rest assured, you can wait 6 whole days for results after they quoted you 2-3 days while you potentially harm your loved ones in the process of not knowing whether or not to quarantine. After 6 DAYS, I still have no test results!nnThey were late and obviously inefficient. I’m in a high risk job, and of the tests I’ve gotten, this 100% has been the worst experience.

Recently went to get vaccinations. The nurse, Nicole Greene was AWESOME!!!! Not only did she educate me on the vaccinations I was receiving even went above & beyond to print off education materials for me to take home. While getting the vaccinations she then asked about my Grandchildren...BINGO, now she's got my attention. KUDOS to you Nicole, just when I thought there was no such thing as customer service anymore, you reminded me there are still genuine nice people out there!! #teamNicole

The above phone number for this clinic doesn't even work. I was left a voicemail from the number stating I had test results I needed to call back in order to hear. After hearing a dial tone for 5 minutes I gave up. I have called numerous other times and nobody has ever picked up the phone.

Don't ever walk in. They prioritize all scheduled appointments. Was told I had a 40 minute wait. After 1 hour, I was told they had appointments coming in and it would be another hour. Horrible... Will never go to this location ever again.

I have been there several times in the last 4 years. Every experience has been good. Staff is friendly and helpful.
